What advanced equipment  Huayang have?Huayang use advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines, British CT METORI digital controllers, one φ114.3mm-φ168.3mm ERW steel production line, three φ219mm-φ426mm ERW steel pipe production line, one φ426mm-φ660mm ERW steel pipe production line, one JCOE production lines for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-50mm. In 2018, we build a new advanced RBE production line for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-30mm.Twenty φ245mm-φ820mm thermal expansion pipe production lines, we have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.Huayang ERW equipmentHuayang LSAW equipment

What’s the relationship between Huayang And Wingo ?In order to provide One-Stop service for customers with superior products from qualified supplier, Huayang set up branch company, Cangzhou Wingo International Trading Co., Ltd in 2013, to help customers purchase different products, such as seamless steel pipes, SSAW steel pipes, Galvanized pipes, Anti-corrosion pipes, pipe fittings and flanges etc.

What’s your main market? Huayang’s products are sold nationwide and mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, Africa, North America and Europe. 

Except ERW and LSAW pipe.seamless pipe or pipe fittings is available?A: Yes.we have build a good relationship with brother factory who produce seamless pipe and pipe fittings,so if your project need both our pipe and other steel products,we can source for you.we control the quality, and ensure all goods 100% standard.

Can you send sample before bulk order?Yes,We may provide the samples within 1-3 days according to each buyers’ demand and requirements. In meantime, corresponding sales representative will get each buyer’s feed back about sample’s requirement such as size, surface process and so on, then contact with the manager of workshop to arrange the sample which customers need. 

 Is there any quality control?A: Sure. From the raw material control to the finished products, the whole process be managed according to ISO 9000 quality management system and the material standard, also to be inspected by our QC strictly. 

What is the payment terms?A: Payment terms is important thing to consider between each buyer ,good and reasonable payment terms will ensure bilateral benefit both customer and supplier. Normally there are main payment terms to be adopted as below:100% LC at sight.T/T 30% in advance by T/T ,70% will be before shipment under FOB.T/T 30% in advance by T/T ,70% LC at sight under CIF.T/T 30% in advance by T/T ,70% against the copy of BL under CIF.
